I know I have a sinus infection. My symptoms are burning in the nasal passages, foul smell in nose and congestion. I thought this was going away, but to top it off, I caught a cold! Now the cold is going away and I am experiencing the burning and foul odor in my nose. Is there any home remedy I can try to get rid of this? I can't stand it and because of the holiday, I have to wait until I go to the doctor. When I saw my doctor last month with this problem, he said I must have an allergy and just gave me a prescription for nose spray that don't work.
