Bought item from eBay 30 days ago, just now found out it is the wrong model/item I was expecting, what canI do?
I bought a Logitech M505 Mouse on eBay on August 22, 2010, and just NOW found out it is actually the Logitech V450 Nano mouse. This is the first time I'm actually using it since I received it. I found out because I was trying to sync up my wireless keyboard to the unifying receiver it was supposed to have come with. Instead this is the nano receiver not the unifying receiver. Both models of mice are practically the same, except for the differences in receivers. I need that unifying receiver, that's why I bought the mouse because I misplaced mine for my keyboard.
What can I do about this issue? If the seller does not comply with my wishes for a refund upon receiving the product back, can I file a claim with ebay/paypal due to incorrect advertising?
